6 Super 6 Winners emerged from the Windward Islands
THURSDAY, 15 JANUARY 2026 – In an awesome, never-before-seen occurrence, 6 players of Super 6 made history on Tuesday, 30th December 2025, emerging as winners of the much-played-for Super 6 Jackpot of $1,401,000, with 3 of them hailing from Saint Lucia and 1 each from Dominica, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada.
From the game’s inception as WinLotto in 2000 to the rebrand in 2005 to Super 6, jackpots have been won by individuals from the 4 islands, with some shared among joint winners from more than one island. However, until the last draw in 2025, there was never an instant in which joint winnings involved every island.
The playing publics of each Windward Island visited lottery agents and took to social media, beaming with satisfaction, after learning that every island had at least one winner! “What a way to end the year!” was the popular refrain.
In this record-setting draw, each of the 6 winners received EC$233,500.00 – an equal split of the Super 6 Jackpot.
To mark the unprecedented winnings, a series of PR activities involving the lottery authorities of the 4 Windward Islands will be deployed, headed by the WinLott Secretariat.
The 25-year-old Super 6 game, which began in 2000 as WinLotto, is played concurrently throughout the 4 Windward Islands on Tuesdays and Fridays with sales stopping at 7:45 p.m. on each Draw Day. The game has a starting jackpot of EC$200,000 at the beginning of every cycle. When played Straight, it is a six-number jackpot-type game involving numbers ranging from 01 to 28; however, there are 5 other bet types called Combos: Combos 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, which require players’ selection of less than 6, or more than 6, numbers. The biggest Super 6 Jackpot ever won was EC$2M by a player in Saint Lucia.
Proceeds from the Super 6 game go towards the development of youth and sports within the Windward Islands, including the Windward Islands Secondary School Games.
